NDP Struggles Continue Despite Isolated Polling Gains
Federal projections remain bleak for the NDP, even as isolated polls hint at a potential rebound in support

This past week saw two new polls, the weekly Nanos and Liaison trackers.
Liaison saw the Liberals bump up to 41% (+1 compared to Jun 6), while the Conservatives stayed at 32% (-), the NDP dropped to 14% (-1), and the Bloc dipped to 6% (-1). The Greens were also down to 2% (-1), while the PPC remained stable (-).
Nanos also saw the Liberals tick up to 43% (+1 compared to Jun 5), while the Conservatives also ticked up to 31% (+2), and the NDP ticked down to 12% (-1). The Bloc was stable at 7% (-), the Greens stayed at 6% (-), and the PPC remains at 2% (-).
Overall, the national picture remains largely unchanged, with the Liberals holding an eleven point lead over the Conservatives.
At the regional level, the Liberals are up slightly in British Columbia (+1), while their position elsewhere remains mostly unchanged. Meanwhile, the Conservative lead in Manitoba/Saskatchewan narrowed by one point (-1), while their advantage in Alberta increased by one point (+1).
