NDP Gains in British Columbia, Yet National Picture Remains Stable
Polling also shows Canadians split on refugee integration and border policy, while support for humanitarian admissions remains strong

This past week saw two new polls, the weekly Nanos and Liaison trackers.
Liaison has the Liberals at 41% (-2 compared to July 4), with the Conservatives at 35% (+1), the NDP at 14% (-), and the Bloc at 6% (-). The Greens were stable at 2% (-), while the PPC remained at 1% (-).
Nanos has the Liberals at 43% (+2 compared to July 3), the Conservatives at 31% (-1), the NDP at 15% (-), and the Bloc at 6% (-). The Greens remained at 4% (-), while the PPC stayed at 1% (-).
Overall, the situation remains the same, with the national average showing a Liberal lead of nine points.
At the regional level, the Liberals were up in Atlantic Canada (+2 compared to last week), Quebec (+2), and Ontario (+1), while their lead narrowed in British Columbia (-3).
The Conservatives saw their lead in Alberta increase slightly (+1), while remaining unchanged in Saskatchewan/Manitoba.
