An Upcoming Budget, A Ford, And Rustad's Woes
A quiet week in the polls, but plenty of noise in Canadian politics
Welcome to your Polling Canada model update for October 25, 2025!
This week three new polls, the weekly Nanos tracker, Pallas, and Abacus.
Nanos found the Liberals at 39% (Unchanged from last week), Conservatives at 37% (-), NDP at 12% (-), and Bloc at 7% (-). The Greens slipped to 3% (-1), while the PPC remains at 1% (-).
Abacus also found the situation remaining stable, with the Conservatives at 41% (- compared to Oct 1), Liberals at 40% (-), NDP at 8% (+1), and Bloc at 7% (-). The Greens remain at 3% (-), with the PPC at 1% (-1).
Pallas saw a notable shift compared to their August 1 poll, with the Liberals at 41% (-2), Conservatives at 37% (-1), NDP at 11% (+3), and Bloc at 6% (-). The Greens rose a point to 3% (+1).

Overall, the Liberal lead nationally remains stable compared to last week, though the NDP rose from 9% to 10%.
The Liberal lead in Atlantic Canada rose this week (+2), alongside their lead in British Columbia (+1). Meanwhile, the Liberal lead in Quebec dipped slightly (-1), while the Conservative lead in Alberta (-1) and the central prairies (-3) also slipped.
