Welcome to your Polling Canada model update for October 5, 2025!

This week we only two new polls, one from Abacus and the weekly Nanos tracker.

Abacus’ latest poll has the Conservatives at 41% (+1 compared to Sept 17), the Liberals at 40% (-), the NDP at 7% (-1), and the Bloc at 7% (-). The Greens sit at 3% (-), while the PPC ticks up to 2% (+1).

Nanos’ polling found the Liberals at 41% (-), the Conservatives at 37% (+1), the NDP at 12% (-), and the Bloc at 5% (-1). The Greens inched up to 4% (+1), while the PPC dipped to 1% (-1).

Compared to last week’s model update, the Liberal lead shrank in Atlantic Canada (-4), while remaining stable across the rest of the country. The Conservative lead in Alberta dipped (-2), while they also ticked down in Manitoba and Saskatchewan (-1).

With that, let’s take a look at this week’s model alongside other polls from the week!
